30 days to return any unopened bottle. Simple as that.
What can be returned
You have 30 days from delivery to return any fragrance that is unopened, unused and in its original condition — cellophane or seal intact, box undamaged. You get a full refund of the item price.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened, sprayed or had their seal removed cannot be returned, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the bottle and the outer packaging. We replace it or refund it in full — your choice — and we cover the return shipping.
How to start a return
Email contact@maisonivo.shop with your order number and the item you are returning. We reply within one business day with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Return shipping
If you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you. If the item was damaged, defective or wrong, we pay it.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and we confirm it is unopened, we refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to show it.
Exchanges
The fastest way is to return the unopened bottle for a refund and place a new order for the scent you want.
