Where we ship
United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or internationally yet.
Processing
Orders placed before 2pm Central on a business day go out the same day; everything else goes out the next business day. No shipping on weekends or US public holidays.
Delivery
3 to 6 business days once the parcel is moving. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is scanned. Estimates are not guaranteed.
Packaging
Every bottle is wrapped and padded to arrive intact.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address exactly as entered. Spot a mistake? Email us within two hours of ordering and we will fix it before the label is printed.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, write to us — we open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full. Damaged on arrival? Send a photo within 14 days and we make it right.
Taxes
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. No import duties on US orders.
