These terms govern your use of maisonivo.shop and any order you place with Maison Ivo ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including its material, size and what it will and will not do. Colours vary a little between screens, and photographs are lit for clarity. Small variations in finish are a property of the materials, not a fault. We do not make medical, antibacterial or antimicrobial claims about any product.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Any comparison price shown alongside a current price is our own former selling price for that item. We may correct pricing or description errors and may cancel an order affected by an obvious error, refunding you in full. Stock is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other processors shown at checkout; we never see or store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, an unauthorised card, or a breach of these terms.

7. Use of the site
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access it by any means other than the interface we provide, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.
8. Intellectual property
The Maison Ivo name, wordmark, site design, photography and written content belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
9. Reviews and submissions
Anything you send us — a review, a photograph, an idea — may be used by us in connection with the brand without payment, and you confirm it is yours to give. We do not publish reviews we know to be false.
10. Third-party links
Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its policies.
11. Disclaimers
The site and the products are provided as they are, with the warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law and no others. Suction mounts hold on smooth, clean, non-porous surfaces; they are not designed for porous plaster, textured tile, grout lines or painted walls, and we are not liable for use outside those conditions.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
