What does shipping cost?
Free on orders of $49 and over, a flat $8 below that. Dispatched within 24 hours on working days, delivered in 3 to 6 business days inside the US.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Use it for 30 nights. If it hasn’t earned its place, write to hello@maisonivo.shop and we arrange the return — you do not need to keep the sleeve.
Will the suction mounts really hold?
On a smooth, non-porous surface — tile, glass, mirror, sealed stone — yes, through a hot shower. They do not hold on porous plaster, textured tile, grout lines or painted walls. Clean and dry the spot before mounting.
How do I clean it?
Metal pieces: wipe with a damp cloth, no abrasive pads, no bleach. The mat: machine wash at 30°C on gentle with no fabric softener, then air dry flat.
